The Intuitive Gift of Clairaudience
While we all have multiple intuitive gifts, your main intuitive gift is Clairaudience!
Clairaudience means ‘clear hearing’. Those with this gift tend to get most of their intuitive messages through auditory means. Notice that little inner voice that warns you of danger. This “voice” often comes from outside of yourself and differs from your general thoughts. You may also be an auditory learner and remember things someone says aloud to you, rather than reading the information yourself. For some, intuitive messages can also be received through music and abstract sounds.
Fast Facts: Clairaudience
Clairaudients tend to have better hearing than most people, are sensitive to high pitched sounds, and are often bothered by loud or “harsh” noises.
Many musicians are often clairaudients who receive dreams, images, and full stories through music alone.
Clairaudients need quiet time and enjoy being in nature and other calm environments.
It is thought that Joan of Arc was a Clairaudient, as she was said to have heard a voice that gave her special instructions.

Spiritual Tools for Developing & Managing Your Clairaudience
Unguided meditations - Meditation quiets the mind and creates an opportunity for your intuition to take over. By taking time to relax and breathe, you open yourself up to allow your inner voice to speak to you. Listen. Trust any messages that come through and record them down immediately after your meditation, even if they don’t make sense. You can come back to them later.
Identifying sounds & instruments - Listen to instrumental music and take the time to hear all the layers of the instruments. If you can, try and identify the instruments used in the song. Take time to listen to the various melodies that each instrument plays. Also, take note of how the music makes you feel or if any specific thoughts and ideas come through at this time. Orchestral music is great for this practice as there are typically many instruments involved. (If you aren’t into classical music, consider trying the film score to one of your fav movies.)
Strengthen your Throat Chakra - there are many ways to strengthen the throat chakra, including meditations to balance the throat chakra, singing/chanting, and using crystals.
