The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that Brittany Gash cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered by Brittany Gash. Rather, She shall conduct operations and provide services in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practices. Brittany Gash will use her best efforts and does not promise results. Furthermore, each client and customer will take full responsibility for their actions after receiving services from Brittany Gash.

PAYMENT

All products and services remain Brittany Gash's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Any applicable shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Brittany Gash. Brittany Gash has the right to refuse service to anyone. Any payments to Brittany Gash that are received before service refusal will be refunded.
